Organic Aloe Vera

The Gel from the Aloe Vera plant has been used for thousands of years for its healing, soothing and moisturising properties.  The first discussions of the medical value of Aloe Vera Gel can be found in Papyrus Evers, an Egyptian document written between 1553 and 1550 B.C. that contains 12 formulas used to treat a number of disorders.

One of the first documented users of Aloe Vera Gel was Cleopatra who lived from 68 to 30 BC, she is said to have used it on her skin to help protect it from the elements and keep her skin looking young.
