Description Boldo - Aid to Slimming A herbal remedy used as an aid to slimming diets and to help weight loss. Boldo Aid to Slimming is a combination of three herbs effective for weight loss when used as part of a calorie controlled diet. Dandelion root and Boldo herb are both included to relieve excess fluid and influence metabolism. Fucus (Kelp) rich in Iodine has a special place as an antiobesic herb. Iodine is involved via the thyroid gland in stimulating the metabolic rate, causing calories to be used more efficiently. One or two tablets taken three times a day and in conjunction with appropriate lifestyle will aid a slimming diet and help weight loss.
