Description Quercetin Plus is a combination of the bioflavonoid quercetin, nettle, the enzyme bromelain and vitamin C. Quercetin is involved in the body's regulation of the synthesis and release of leukotrines and the stability of mast cells. Bromelain is a protein-digesting enzyme and is believed to enhance the absorption of quercetin.
