N-Acetyl-Carnitine (NAC) is an amino acid which studies have shown can help maintain the function of the "energy batteries" of our cells which are called mitochondria. When these "batteries" become run down, especially in brain cells, it can result in a lack of energy and loss of concentration and can exacerbate the aging process. Works well in combination with Alpha Lipoic Acid, which helps to maximise the effects of other dietary antioxidants, such as Vitamins C & E.

Suggested daily intake: 1 (one) of each capsule, with food, or as professionally recommended.
