Description BioLife Organic Rosehip (Rosa canina) is a high potency liquid extract for enhanced absorption and bio-availability. It is pure and natural with no additives and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.  Rosehips are very rich in Vitamin C, said to contain 30 times as much as an orange. They are also rich in carotenoids, including lutein and lycopene, Vitamin E, flavanoids and GLA. Rosehips are a very rich source of vitamin C and Rosehip syrup has been used for dietary vitamin C for hundreds of years. How should I take Rosehip extract? A. The tincture can be taken on its own, with a little water or fruit juice. For arthritic conditions it is a good idea to avoid orange juice because of it's acidity. Q. How many drops should I take? A. We suggest taking 15 to 25 drops three times a day for about a month and then reducing the number of doses according to your own condition. Q. Is BioLife Rosehip extract easy to take? A. Yes, very easy and much easier than mixing a powder and it tastes O.K too. Q. How much Vitamin C is in rosehip? A. Rosehips are one of the richest known sources of Vitamin C, up to 20 time more Vitamn C in a rosehip than an orange A.Is there any sugar in BioLife Rosehip extract? A. No, there are no additives in any of our Tinctures.  This is a great advantage over Rosehip syrup, which contains a lot of sugar. Q. Are there any side effects? A. We have not found any recorded side effects.  Q. How long will a 100ml bottle of Rosehip Tincture last? A. There are approximately 2,000 drops in a 100ml bottle.  Therefore, it will last for a month if taking three times a day. Recommended intake: 15-25 drops (0.75/1.25ml) one to three times a day.
