A. The tincture can be taken on its own, with a little water or fruit juice. For arthritic conditions it is a good idea to avoid orange juice because of it's acidity. Q. How many drops should I take? A. We suggest taking 15 to 25 drops three times a day for about a month and then reducing the number of doses according to your own condition.  Q. Is BioLife Rosehip Tincture easy to take? A. Yes, very easy and much easier than mixing a powder and it tastes O.K too. Q. How much Vitamin C is in rosehip? A. Rosehips are one of the richest known sources of Vitamin C, up to 20 time more Vitamn C in a rosehip than an orange Q. Is there any sugar in BioLife Rosehip Tincture? A. No, there are no additives in any of our Tinctures.  This is a great advantage over Rosehip syrup, which contains a lot of sugar. Q. Are there any side effects? A. We have not found any recorded side effects.  Q. How long will a 100ml bottle of Rosehip Tincture last? A.
