Glucosamine
Millions of people the world over suffer from some form of arthritis with aching and inflamed joints and the pain associated with this condition.
Glucosamine is a key component of synovial fluid in the joints, connective tissue, ligaments and tendons. Tissue components made from glucosamine are durable and dispersed throughout the body. It is a major building block of complex proteins called glycosaminoglycans, which form a component of the structure of cartilage.
Glucosamine has long been associated with helping the 'padding' around our joints. Recent research has demonstrated that Glucosamine Hydrochloride is the most bio-available (for better absorption and efficacy) form of Glucosamine and is superior to Glucosamine sulphate. Glucosamine Hydrochloride is lower in salt than glucosamine sulphate.
