Description Most manufacturers use sugar in their chewable formulas but Lamberts have used fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS). This natural material is extracted from chicory root and has the benefit of not causing tooth decay. Furthermore, preliminary studies show that FOS can enhance the absorption of calcium. This product is suitable for all ages, particularly children who have a high requirement for calcium, but hate taking tablets. Each tablet provides a full 400mg of calcium, 2.5g of vitamin D and 1000mg of FOS. Ingredients: One capsule of Lamberts Chewable Calcium provides: Calcium (as Carbonate) 400mg Vitamin D 2.5µg  Fructo-oligosaccharides 1000mg Other ingredients: Stearic Acid, Flavour (Lemon), Magnesium Stearate, Sweetener: sucralose. Directions for use: Children from 4 years upwards chew 1 tablet daily with a meal. Adults chew 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal. 60 tablets per pot Always read the label before use and keep away from children
