Description BioLife Lignans plus is a micornitrient food supplement providing a rich source of dietary Lignans from linseed (flaxseed) with limonene and Vitamin D plus Omega 3 Fish Oil from sardine and anchovy. BioLife Lignans plus is a twin pack, the micronutrients are provided in one capsule with Omega3 (Fish Oil) in the other capsule. Fish oil is known to help cardiovasular health and research has indicated it is helpful for chloresterol balance.  Both capsules may be taken at the same time, but encapsulating them separately helps to enhance the integrity of the micronutrients, particularly the Lignans. Each capsule of BioLife Lignan plus provides as much SDG as around 2 tablespoons of whole linseeds.
