Prenatal Massage
Helps with emotional changes, shifting posture and adjusting hormones. Helps the body to naturally adjust & relax. (Oil based) Prenatal Massage is a primarily client led massage preformed in the side position with support given to the clients legs and tummy. Focus can be given to areas of the body were the client may be experiencing discomfort due to on going shifts in posture. Helps with emotional etc....
Usually oil based but can be a dry massage if preferred. Suitable at any stage of pregnancy.
Infant Massage Instructor (from 8 weeks)
Mums and Dads, extended Family can learn this 'hands on massage'. The interaction experienced through massage is very special for everybody and is a very natural way for family members (as well as Mums) to form bonds that can continue beyond infancy. Some benefits, valuable tummy time, relaxation, colic, stimulation, builds strength and much more. With a few modifications massage can continue through primary years. Sessions are baby led, anytime from 10- 20 -30 minutes per session.
