Each capsule typically contains: Mukul myrrh extract (gum guggul) 300mg Magnesium (amino acid chelate) 75mg Zinc (picolinate)7.5mg Copper (picolinate) 0.8mg  Selenium (selenomethionine) 75ug
Encapsulated with: Capsule shell (gelatin/glycerol) Magnesium stearate
