This service is available to Doctors, Pharmacists and qualified Practiioners of Complementary Therapies such as Nutritionalists, Homeopaths, Oestopaths etc
In order to use this section you will first need to register with us.
If you are a Doctor or Pharmacy you need only complete the sections requesting your address, practise/pharmacy address, telephone No. and email.
If you are a Practitioner of Complementary Medicine please also complete the sections regarding your qualifications, registered body etc.
When we have processed your information you will receive an email to let you know your access to the practitioners site has been enabled. If this email does not arrive within a week please contact us.
We would advise you to log out of your account after use. To do this please click again onto the Practitioners Log-In button, which will give you the option to log out of your account.
