I am a mother of five children and have always been interested in Complementary Therapies and natural health.
In 2000 I decided to make my interest a full time career and completed qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology, Reflexology, Indian head
Massage and Reiki and Hopi Candling. Maura qualified in Indian head Massage at the London Centre of Indian Head Massage International L.C.I.C.I
I am a member of Embody and continually update my knowledge and bring new techniques into my Therapy.
Reiki - meaning Universal Life Force, is an ancient system of natural healing by channelling Universal Energy via the therapist to the recipient. Usui Shiki Ryoho is the purist form of Reiki and helps to rebalance the body, mind and spirit.
During a Reiki session you remain fully clothed as the therapist places her hands on you in various areas of your body to transfer
the energy.
Reiki is suitable for everyone and leaves you feeling deeply relaxed with a wonderful sense of well being
