Description Solgar L-Theanine is an amino acid found almost exclusively in green tea and is now growing in popularity as an alternative to the herb Kava Kava. Green tea is the second most popular drink in the world (after water). Scientists now believe that both its taste and relaxing properties are attributable to its Solgar L-Theanine content.
