All deliveries will include an invoice or delivery note for the goods purchased.
All goods are charged in POUNDS STERLING and include 15% VAT where applicable.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Order online, by telephone or by post.
Online Order/Payment:
We accept payment by Maestro, Delta and Electron cards, Mastercard, Visa and Solo. We also accept payment by cheque
We use Sagepay (a secure payment facility) to process your online payment when paying by Credit/Debit card. The Sagepay payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.
Our internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Sagepay to obtain secure information.
Payment by Cheque:
Please make your cheque payable to Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd and post it together with your order reference to the above address.
Orders paid by cheque will only be processed once funds have been cleared into our account.
Telephone order/Payment
Call us and we will process your order using your credit/debit card details, these details ARE NOT KEPT ON FILE and will be destroyed as soon as your order is processed. If you prefer you can pay by cheque and your order will be processed as soon as this is cleared by our bank.
Postal order/Payment
Post your order, together with your cheque and it will be processed as soon as your cheque is cleared by our bank
SHIPPING
Shipping Options:
UK Standard.
FREE UK delivery for all orders placed on our online shop.
For orders placed by telephone, post or email with a value of below £25.00 a delivery charge of £2.95 will be added to the order for delivery within the UK
We use a variety of methods to deliver your order within the UK. Small parcels and inexpensive items are sent by 2nd class post. Orders over £50 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Orders can be despatched by special delivery, which is charged at cost. Please contact us if this service is required.
Deliveries to Europe:
Delivery is usually within 7/10 days and costs £7.00 (plus 15% vat) for orders up to 2kg in weight. For orders of 2kg or over in weight an extra delivery charge will be incurred. We will contact you in such cases.
Orders are sent by tracked (signed for) delivery.
International delivery :
Delivery is usually within 7/10 days but can take longer depending on the internal postal service of the country. Delivery costs £15.00 per order for orders under 2kg in weight. For orders over 2kg in weight an extra delivery charge will be incurred. We will contact you in such cases.

USA and Canada
We are not able to supply Biolife or Natural Life products to the USA or Canada. This is due to insurance restrictions.
We cannot supply goods to Ghana or Nigeria
Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually despatched within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays are usually despatched during the next working day. However, delays may occur during extra busy periods
Please note:
All delivery timescales are subject to product availability.
Although we endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
Some orders may arrive in more than one package and may require a signature for receipt of delivery.
DAMAGES:
All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. However, should any item be damaged on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims for damages cannot be accepted after this time. Damaged goods must be returned to Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd together with your receipt/invoice, please state whether a replacement or credit is required. You may also be asked to complete a Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.
RETURNS
Making a Return:
If you wish to return any item ordered from us please return it to us together with your receipt / invoice, stating the reason for the return, no later than 14 days after the date of order placement. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are unused, the product seal is not broken and the original packaging is intact. Please state whether you would like a refund or exchange. A £2.00 handling charge to cover the cost of post and packing the order will be deducted from any refund.
The cost of postage for returning goods will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order. To ensure safe return it is advisable to use recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for returned goods lost in transit.
Should the goods be returned due to an error in despatch on our part we will accept responsibility for the cost of returned postage.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If an item is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery that was not subsequently collected from a post office or because an incorrect address was supplied, customers will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery plus a £2.00 handling charge. We will advise customers if and when this occurs. However if the customer would like a refund the original cost of delivery plus a £2.00 administration charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
We reserve the right to increase any administration charges if necessary.

We will not rent, sell or give your name or credit/debit card information or purchase history to any company or individual. Customer security is a priority for us. All transactions are processed by Protx, who use bank approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure your credit card details are kept secure at all times. The Protx certificate may be viewed by clicking the paddlock at the botton of the payment pages.

Your name, address, telephone number, fax, email address or any other personal information will not be used without your consent. The personal information that you provide to us is used only to process your order(s), reply to your questions and to improve your future experiences with our website.

On some pages, you can order products, make requests and register to receive materials such as our newsletter, special offers and product updates. The personal information collected on these pages are your name, address, email address and phone number.

We do not collect or have access to infomation such as credit card or debit card details (unless given to us for an order placed by telephone and such information is detroyed once the transaction has been completed) or date of birth.

We use return email addresses to answer emails we receive or to provide information regarding your order. Such email addresses are not used for any other purpose or shared with outside bodies.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.
