Customer Service

Invoice
All deliveries will include an invoice or delivery note for the goods purchased.
All goods are charged in POUNDS STERLING and include 17.5% VAT where applicable.

Ordering and Payment Options:
Order online, by telephone or by post. 

Online Payment:
We accept payment by Maestro, Delta and Electron cards, Mastercard, Visa and Solo.  We also accept payment by cheque
We use Protx (a secure payment facility) to process your online payment when paying by Credit/Debit card. The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. 
Our internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.
Payment by Cheque:
Please make your cheque payable to Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd and post it together with your order reference to the above address.
Orders paid by cheque will only be processed once funds have been cleared into our account.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Options:

UK Standard. 

Free UK delivery for orders placed on our web site.
Orders placed by telephone, post or email with a value of below £25.00 have a delivery charge of £2.95 for delivery within the UK

We use a variety of methods to deliver your order within the UK.  Small parcels and inexpensive items are sent by 2nd class post. Orders over £50 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders over £250.00 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders under £250 in value can be despatched by special delivery, which is charged at cost.  Please contact us if this service is required.

Europe:
Delivery is usually within 7/10 days and costs £7.00 for an order up to £100.00 in value (net of VAT).  Add £1.00 for every additional £50.00 worth of goods ordered. Orders are sent by tracked (signed for) delivery

International:
Delivery is  usually within 7/10 days and costs £10.00 for an order up to £100.00 in value (net of VAT).  Add £1.00 for every additional £50.00 worth of goods ordered. Orders are sent by tracked (signed for) delivery

USA and Canada
We are not able to supply our products to the USA or Canada.  This is due to insurance restrictions.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually despatched within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays are usually despatched during the next working day. However, delays may occur during extra busy periods

Please note:
All delivery timescales are subject to product availability
We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
Some orders may arrive in more than one package and may require a signature for receipt of delivery.

DAMAGES: All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.  However, should any item be damaged on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims for damages cannot be accepted after this time.  Damaged goods must be returned to Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd together with your receipt/invoice, please state whether a replacement or credit is required.  You may also be asked to complete a Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.

RETURNS
Making a Return:
If you wish to return any item purchased from us please send it to us, with your receipt / invoice, stating the reason for the return, no later than 7 days after receipt of the order.  Goods will only be accepted for return if they are unused, the product seal is not broken and the original packaging is intact.
Please state whether you would like a refund or exchange. A £3.00 administration charge per order will be deducted from any credit for returned goods
The cost of returned goods will be the responsibility of the person who returns the goods. To ensure safe return it is advisable to use recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

If an item is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery that was not susequently collected from the post office or because an incorrect address was supplied, customers will be required to pay a £3.00 handling charge plus the cost of the re-delivery. We will advise customers if and when this occurs. However if the customer would like a refund a £3 administration charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded. 

We reserve the right to increase any administration charges if necessary.

Privacy Policy
lifestylenaturalhealth.co.uk will not divulge any information we receive from our customers to anyone.  We will not rent, sell or give your name or credit/debit card information or purchase history to any company or individual. Customer security is a priority for us.  We support the internet standard of secure socket layers of SSL to ensure that the transmission of your information cannot be intercepted or decoded. All transactions are processed by Protx, who use bank approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure your credit card details are kept secure at all times.  The Protx certificate may be viewed by clicking the paddlock at the botton of the payment pages.

Your personal information:
Your name, address, telephone number, fax, email address or any other personal information will not be used without your consent.  The personal information that you provide to us is used only to process your order(s), reply to your questions and to improve your future experiences with our website.

Information we collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the lifestlenaturalhealth.co.uk website. 
On some pages, you can order products, make requests and register to receive materials such as our newsletter, special offers and product updates.  The personal information collected on these pages are your name, address, email address and phone number.
On some pages you can submit information about other people.  For example, if you order a product online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipients name, address and email address.

Information we do not collect:
We do not collect or have access to, infomation such as credit card, debit card and date of birth.

How we use Information:
We use information you provide about yourself, or information you provide about someone else, when placing an order only to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside bodies except to the extent necessary to complete the order.
We use return email addresses to answer emails we receive.  Such email addresses are not used for any other purpose or shared with outside bodies.

Cookies:
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user.  Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.

Any sites to which the Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd site provides links to are operated under independent parties and are not under the control of Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd. There is no employee, or partnership relationship among Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd and these third parties and they have no authority to bind Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd.  Any reference describing Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd and any linked site as “partners” is colloquial only and does not represent a legal relationship. Because Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd has no control over these linked sites and resources you acknowledge and agree that Lifestyle Natural Health Ltd is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources.
