Returns
Making a Return:
If you wish to return any item ordered from us please return it to us together with your receipt / invoice, stating the reason for the return, no later than 28 days after the date of order placement. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are unused, the product seal is not broken and the original packaging is intact. Please state whether you would like a refund or exchange. A charge will be levied to cover the cost of postage and packaging and will be deducted from the refund
The cost of postage for returning goods will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order. To ensure safe return it is advisable to use recorded delivery. Lifestyle Natural Health cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for returned goods lost in transit.
Should the goods be returned due to an error in despatch on our part we will accept responsibility for the cost of returned postage.
If goods are returned that are claimed to be faulty they will be sent to the manufacturer for analysis
Failed deliveries
If an item is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery that was not subsequently collected from a post office or because an incorrect address was supplied, customers will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery. We will advise customers if and when this occurs. However if the customer would like a refund the original cost of delivery will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
We reserve the right to increase any administration charges if necessary.
Damages:
All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. However, should any item be damaged on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims for damages cannot be accepted after this time. Damaged goods must be returned to Lifestyle Natural Health together with your receipt/invoice, please state whether a replacement or credit is required. You may also be asked to complete a Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.

If you do not receive your order within 28 days please contact us. We cannot refund or re-send orders where notification of missing goods is received more than 28 days after posting.
