Customer Service

We hold an SSL certificate (SSL-Secure Socket Layer-encryption, the internet standard for secure transactions) for browsers that can accept it. SSL encrypts your ordering information, such as your name and credit card details so that they cannot be read in transit. The financial data is available only to the banks and reputable credit card clearing services (secure payment gateway) for the purpose of processing payments.

Deliveries

UK Delivery is FREE on all online standard orders over £25.00 A charge of £2.95 applies on standard orders for UK delivery that are under £25.00.

Products are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail which aims to deliver within 3 working days.  However, delivery can take longer as subject to the your local service

Please note that some parcels are too large to be posted through your letterbox and if you are not home at the time likely to be taken back to the post office for you to collect. Parcels sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, and parcels sent by Courier will require a signature when delivered. A card should be left by Royal Mail or the Courier to inform you of an attempt to deliver if you are not at home.

We only deliver within the UK

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually despatched within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays are usually despatched during the next working day. However, delays may occur during extra busy periods

Please note:
All delivery timescales are subject to product availability. Although we endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within 28 days please contact us by email. We cannot refund or re-send orders where notification of missing goods is received more than 28 days after posting.

We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

Some orders may arrive in more than one package and may require a signature for receipt of delivery.

Invoice
All deliveries will include an invoice or delivery note for the goods purchased. 

Health and Safety
The manufactuers packaging will state if nuts or traces of nuts may be present in any period
We rely on our suppliers to label the packaging correctly

Ordering and payment options:

Online Order/Payment:
We accept payment by Maestro, Mastercard, Visa debit, Visa credit. We use Opayo (Sage pay) to process your online payment when paying by Credit/Debit card.
Secure Payments - The sage pay payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques including encryption to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Our internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate sage pay to obtain secure information.

Telephone order/Payment
Call us and we will process your order using your credit/debit card details, these details ARE NOT KEPT ON FILE and will be destroyed as soon as your order is processed. If you prefer you can pay by cheque and your order will be processed as soon as this is cleared by our bank. Telephone 01932 221354 

We reserve the right to decline to fulfill order requests if we are unable to obtain the ordered items from our suppliers. If we cannot fulfill an order Lifestyle Natural Health will refund the full amount of such items directly to your credit/debit card via our secure server sage pay

Damages:

All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. However, should any item be damaged on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims for damages cannot be accepted after this time. Damaged goods must be returned to Lifestyle Natural Health together with your receipt/invoice, please state whether a replacement or credit is required. You may also be asked to complete a Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.

Returns

Making a Return:
If you wish to return any item ordered from us please return it to us together with your receipt / invoice, stating the reason for the return, no later than 28 days after the date of order placement. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are unused, the product seal is not broken and the original packaging is intact. Please state whether you would like a refund or exchange. A charge will be levied to cover the cost of postage and packaging and will be deducted from the refund

The cost of postage for returning goods will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order. To ensure safe return it is advisable to use recorded delivery. Lifestyle Natural Health cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for returned goods lost in transit.

Should the goods be returned due to an error in dispatch on our part we will accept responsibility for the cost of returned postage.

If goods are returned that are claimed to be faulty they will be sent to the manufacturer for analysis

Failed deliveries

If an item is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery that was not subsequently collected from a post office or because an incorrect address was supplied, customers will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery. We will advise customers if and when this occurs. However if the customer would like a refund the original cost of delivery will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

We reserve the right to increase any administration charges if necessary.

lifestylenaturalhealth.co.uk will not divulge any information we receive from our customers to anyone. We will not rent, sell or give your name or credit/debit card information or purchase history to any company or individual. Customer security is a priority for us. We support the internet standard of secure socket layers of SSL to ensure that the transmission of your information cannot be intercepted or decoded. All transactions are processed by sage pay, who use bank approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure your credit card details are kept secure at all times. The sage pay certificate may be viewed by clicking the padlock at the bottom of the payment pages.

Your personal information:
We use a secure server, which encrypts all your payment information preventing it from being accessed or read by an third party. We ensure complete privacy and do not disclose any of your details with third parties.

Your name, address, telephone number, email address or any other personal information will not be used without your consent. The personal information that you provide to us is used only to process your order(s), reply to your questions and to improve your future experiences with our website.

Information we collect:

On some pages, you can order products, make requests, special offers and product updates. The personal information collected on these pages are your name, address, email address and phone number.

Information we do not collect:
We do not collect or have access to information such as credit card or debit card details (unless given to us for an order placed by telephone and such information is destroyed once the transaction has been completed)

We use return email addresses to answer emails we receive or to provide information regarding your order. Such email addresses are not used for any other purpose or shared with outside bodies.
