Deliveries

UK Delivery is FREE on all online standard orders over £35.00

A charge of £3.95 applies on standard orders for UK delivery that are under £35.00

We use a variety of methods to deliver your order. Small parcels are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. Orders over £100 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Large orders are despached by Courier.

Please note that some parcels are too large to be posted through your letterbox and if you are not home at the time likely to be taken back to the post office for you to collect. Parcels sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, and parcels sent by Courier will require a signature when delivered. A card should be left by Royal Mail or the Courier to inform you of an attempt to deliver if you are not at home.

We do not supply goods outside the UK

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually despatched within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays are usually despatched during the next working day. However, delays may occur during extra busy periods

Please note:
All delivery timescales are subject to product availability. Although we endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within 28 days please contact us by email. We cannot refund or re-send orders where notification of missing goods is received more than 28 days after posting.

We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

Some orders may arrive in more than one package and may require a signature for receipt of delivery.

Invoice
All deliveries will include an invoice or delivery note for the goods purchased. All goods are charged in POUNDS STERLING and include 20% VAT where applicable.
